Our Coffee Roasting Process

At Mauch Chunk Coffee, we take pride in our sustainable and ethical sourcing of beans from the world's most exquisite small coffee farms. Each of our offerings is the result of a conscientious seed-to-cup journey. Our small batch roasting allows us to focus on accentuating the unique qualities possessed by each coffee, ensuring that every cup you enjoy is truly special.

Our Product Offerings

From aromatic seasonal blends to single-origin microlot coffees, our selection offers a rich palette of flavors and aromas. The quality of coffee is assessed on a 100-point scale. Specialty coffee must score 80 points or more, making it the highest quality coffee available. All of our coffees are specialty-grade. We are proud to share our coffee with our neighbors in the Poconos and beyond.
