Online Order FAQs
All of our coffee is roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. We roast on Mondays and Wednesdays and ship within 24 hours after roasting.
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to all contiguous 48 states.
When placing an online order, you may pay directly with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express debit or credit card. We also accept payments via PayPal. All orders are processed using top-level security and encryption mechanisms.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of the coffee we share. If you find yourself less than completely satisfied, you may request a refund by contact us. However, because we roast to order, certain rules do apply. All unused portions of the coffee must be returned, at the customer’s expense. We will not refund shipping costs. Returns will be honored up to 20 days after the roast date.
We strongly recommend whole bean coffee as all coffee is at its best shortly after grinding. However, if you prefer your coffee ground, you will be able to select a grind preference when adding a product to your cart.
We recommend that you store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark cabinet. Contrary to popular belief, storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer will quickly degrade its quality!
