What is specialty coffee?

Coffee quality is assessed on a rigorous 100-point grading system, with specialty coffee receiving 80 points or more. It reflects an uncompromising commitment to excellence at every stage in the process - from the selection of the finest coffee cherries, through careful processing and precise roasting.

What coffees are available?

We have ten single origin coffees (including one decaf option), blends, and rotating seasonal offerings available in 5 lb bags. All selections are available whole bean or ground. Not sure what to choose? We're happy to offer recommendations.

What if we don't know much about coffee?

That's what we're here for! Whether you have a traditional coffee pot or a more elaborate setup, we'll provide instructions for creating the perfect cup. Our coffees are suitable for all brewing methods. We also offer informational resources to help your team learn more about the coffee.

Is it easy to order?
