No. The flavor notes in our product descriptions—such as cocoa, caramel, citrus, or berries—describe qualities that occur naturally in the coffee. Every coffee we roast is 100% Arabica, with no added flavorings or other ingredients.

Yes. Our Decaf Colombian Valle del Cauca is roasted to order and offers the same attention to sourcing, freshness, and flavor as our other coffees. Look for a silky medium body with notes of cocoa, caramel, black cherry, and peach.

Choose the grind that matches your brewing method:

Yes. Any of our coffees can be brewed using your preferred method. Whether you use an automatic drip brewer, pour-over, French press, AeroPress, espresso machine, or another method, fresh grinding and a consistent coffee-to-water ratio will make the greatest difference. Our Brewing Guides provide additional instructions for several popular methods.

For drip coffee, pour-over, and French press, we recommend starting with a 1:16 coffee-to-water ratio—1 gram of coffee for every 16 grams of water.

If you don’t have a scale, use roughly 2 level tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 fluid ounces of water. Adjust to taste, and grind your coffee immediately before brewing whenever possible. Espresso uses a more concentrated ratio, so follow your machine’s recommendations.

Coffee can be brewed as soon as it arrives, although many coffees continue to develop and become more expressive during the first several days after roasting.

Keep the bag sealed between uses, store it in a cool and dry place, and enjoy it within several weeks for the freshest flavor. Grind only what you need immediately before brewing.

For the best flavor, keep your coffee sealed in its original bag or an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place. Avoid storing it in the refrigerator, where moisture and odors can affect its quality. Grind only what you need immediately before brewing.

Choose “Subscribe and Save” on an eligible coffee, select your preferred grind, and choose delivery every 7, 14, 21, or 28 days.

Subscribers save 5%, and the subscription renews automatically on the schedule selected. Each order is roasted fresh before shipping.

Contact our team if you need to change your coffee, grind, delivery schedule, shipping information, or subscription status. We will help you make the requested change or cancel the subscription before the next order is processed whenever possible.

We roast throughout the week. Most orders leave our roastery within a few business days of purchase and within 24 hours of roasting. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Orders of $30 or more ship free. Orders under $30 ship for a flat rate of $2.99.

We ship via USPS or UPS to addresses within the contiguous United States. Delivery time varies depending on the destination and carrier. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.

We accept major credit and debit cards and digital wallets. Available payment options are shown at checkout, and all payments are securely processed through our PCI-compliant checkout.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your grind, quantity, shipping address, or other order details.

Because roasting and fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has started. We will always do our best to help.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery.

Eligible returns include branded merchandise and defective coffee or tea purchased directly from us. Contact our team before sending anything back. Returned items must meet the requirements described in our full Return Policy, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
