Our roastery is 20 to 65 minutes from most of the region — closer to Lake Harmony and Mount Pocono, further out to Milford — so coffee reaches mountain properties the same week it is roasted without passing through a distribution warehouse. We carefully select coffees for their clarity, character, and sense of place, from farms and cooperatives in Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Ethiopia, and beyond — roasting weekly to ensure consistent freshness across every season.
