**How do we get started?**
Complete the interest form on our website (or email [fundraising@mauchchunkcoffee.com](mailto:fundraising@mauchchunkcoffee.com)) to receive a copy of the fundraiser program brief. From there, our team will work with you to understand your goals and answer questions. When you're ready to start, share the number of participants, your target start date, and a mailing address for receiving printed materials.

**Are there any fees to get started?**
Absolutely not. The program has no startup fees, minimum order quantities, or other catches. Shipping is complimentary. There is no risk to you.

**Do we need to be a nonprofit organization?**
No. The program is not restricted to nonprofits. Any group can participate — Scouting groups, schools, sports teams, clubs, community organizations, and more.

**How often can we run a fundraiser?**
As often as you'd like. The program is available year-round with no restrictions on frequency.

**How much money can we earn?**
Your group keeps a flat 40% profit on every single item sold. Coffee is a familiar everyday product with broad appeal, giving your group something supporters already know and enjoy. Whether you sell a single bag of coffee or a bundled gift set, your 40% margin remains the same.

Because there are zero upfront costs or hidden fees, every sale translates directly to profit for your organization.

**How should we collect payment from customers?**
You're welcome to collect payment in whatever form(s) you'd like. Most groups accept cash, checks, and/or money orders. Some also accept Venmo. Please have all payments made out to your organization.

**When do we receive our invoice?**
We send an electronic invoice within two days of receiving the completed order fulfillment spreadsheet.

**How do we pay for our order?**
You may pay with a check or money order (made out to Mauch Chunk Coffee Company), or electronically with a credit or debit card. We also accept Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Our platform is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant — the highest level of security.

### Orders & Fulfillment

**How do we place our order with you?**
Record all orders on the final order spreadsheet we provide and send it back by email. Keep the printed order forms for your records. The spreadsheet automatically calculates overall and individual totals, group earnings, and more.

**How long does it take to receive the coffee?**
Once payment has been received, roasting begins immediately. In most cases, orders ship within 5 days or less. Exceptionally large orders, or orders placed during major holidays, may take up to 12 days. Shipping transit times vary depending on location.

**How will the coffee arrive?**
All coffee ships directly to your location via UPS or USPS, **pre-sorted by participant** for easy distribution — no manual sorting required.

**Do you offer a show and sell option?**
Yes! With show and sell, your group purchases coffee upfront at 60% of retail (the same 40% margin) and resells it in person at events, tables, or community gatherings for immediate sale.

**Are the coffees flavored?**
No. Each offering is pure Arabica coffee with absolutely no flavorings or other additives. The tasting notes listed are articulations of the *natural* flavors inherent in each coffee.

**What is specialty coffee?**
Our coffee is specialty-grade 100% Arabica. We partner directly with sustainable growers across the world's premier origin regions, small-batch roasting every lot to highlight its natural character and rich, captivating flavor notes.

**Can I brew the coffee in any type of machine?**
Yes. Our coffees are versatile and suitable for use with traditional coffee makers, espresso machines, French presses, pour-overs, and beyond.

**How should the coffee be stored?**
Do not refrigerate or freeze. Store at room temperature in a dry location, out of direct sunlight. Each bag is sealed with a one-way valve for peak freshness.
